6. In consideration of the services provided or to be provided by Paws To Play, all Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent for all services: grooming, boarding, training, daycare, etc. whenever on the premises of Paws To Play, or when receiving or using or practicing any of our services or training, and, regardless of whether the guardian and/or parent are supervising and/or present, said guardian and / or parent hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paws To Pay LLC, et al, from any and all liability that might arise.

Enrollment Policies (Part 2)
General Information: 1. Dogs MUST be on leash while ANYWHERE on the PAWS to PLAY! or Diamondback Drugs property and/or parking lot and until turned over to, or picked up directly from a pet caregiver. 2. Do not enter or remove your dog from fenced play areas. 3. Do not reach in to pet any dog within the fenced play area. 4. Maintain a very calm attitude when dropping off or picking up your dog. Proper leadership is good for your dog, and part of being a good leader is being calm. A calm attitude helps contribute to your dog behaving appropriately. 5. Dogs must be in good health and friendly with other dogs. By dropping your dog off, you are certifying that the dog has not had any condition that could potentially jeopardize the health of our other guests (cough, parasites, runny stools, etc); your dog has current vaccinations, including kennel cough vaccination; isn't injured, sick, or have a potentially life threatening condition or disease; you have current treatments for your dog to prevent fleas and ticks; and you have also fully informed us of any medical conditions that need supervision, treatment, medication, and/or receiving or needing veterinary care. 6. Daycare Information: 1. All daycare charges payable in advance. 2. Discounted rates are based on 1 month of attendance. If your dog can not attend a scheduled day, you may reschedule for a different day depending on availability. No cash refunds. 3. Half-day is considered up to 5 hours prior to 12:30 or any 5 hours after 1:00. Boarding Information: 1. Dogs should be dropped off as early as possible in order to get comfortable being here, however, no later then 4:00 pm. We would prefer that you have your dog arrive in the morning, for your dog to have a long day of play, so your dog will be more relaxed the first day you are gone. Even better, it would be advisable to enroll your dog in our Daycare for several times (at least 2 times in the previous week) before you board your dog. 2. While we prefer you to bring your dogs own food, PAWS to PLAY! meals are available at $1.00/cup. (Nutro Max). Dogs do better if their food isn't abruptly switched to another brand or mix. 3. All boarding charges payable in advance. 4. Reservations required with a 24 hour deposit . 5. Cancellation requires a 24 hour notice. No cash refunds - facility credit only. 6. Holiday bookings require a 2 day non-refundable deposit. 7. After any boarding stay, most dogs are excited to get home, therefore, we recommend that they not be fed for a minimum of 1 hour, and to wait until your dog is calm, especially for large breeds. It is also suggested that water intake be monitored as excessive amounts may cause an upset stomach or other problems. Effective 8-9-06 Subject to change without notice.
